Return Policy

Original artwork

All original artwork sales are final. Each original is one of a kind and cannot be replaced. Please review measurements and descriptions before purchasing. Colors may look slightly different on screens than in real life.

Prints

Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the print is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method.

Damaged items

If artwork or a print arrives damaged, contact Jennifer within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Commissions

Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

Shipping delays

Once artwork has shipped, Jennifer is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact the shipping provider first.
